Choose a SKU or bundle in the current Batch, confirm shipping, then pay in full.
Follow Updates and order status. Parcel tracking is available after dispatch, through delivery.
For PB-fulfilled projects, you pay PledgeBox. PledgeBox coordinates supply with the Creator and delivery to you; Updates, order status and parcel tracking after dispatch appear in your Rally account. The expected shipping date is the current schedule, and changes are published while the original remains visible.
Change your mind? Before the Batch closes, open My Orders to cancel your order or remove or reduce items. Refunds return to the original payment method on the provider's timing.
A Project can run several Batches over time, but only one is on sale at any moment. Each Batch has its own products, prices, shipping destinations, deadline and expected shipping date, and your order belongs to the Batch you actually bought in.
For current PB-fulfilled Group Buys, you buy from PledgeBox. The Creator makes the product; PledgeBox collects payment, coordinates supply and delivery, and handles support.
Pick single SKUs, combination SKUs, or both, and set a quantity for each. A combination SKU is one purchase unit at its own price — it is not a discount applied to its parts.
You can browse, select and pay as a guest without registering. Each successful checkout creates an independent order, even in the same Project Batch. To add items to an existing order, use its order management controls before the Batch closes.
Checkout asks for your delivery country or region first, then the address details needed to price shipping, and shows products, shipping and the total before you pay. Payment is a single charge in USD.
An order counts only once the payment provider confirms it. Nothing is reserved permanently before that, a clearly failed payment leaves any order you already had untouched, and a result we cannot yet read is shown as pending rather than guessed either way.
A Batch stops taking orders when its published deadline passes, or when every limited SKU in it has sold out — whichever happens first. There is no grace period afterwards, and the deadline is never extended.
Whether your order belongs to the Batch is decided by the time the payment provider recorded it as successful. A payment that succeeded before the deadline counts even if we hear about it late; a payment that succeeds after the deadline does not join the Batch and is refunded in full to the original payment method.
Closing stops new orders and fixes the products and quantities. PledgeBox then does one of three things: move ahead with locking orders and shipping, publish an Update without locking anything yet, or cancel the Batch and refund it.
An Update saying preparation has started is not a shipment and does not start the 48-hour address lock; only PledgeBox starting that process does. A closed Batch is not automatically cancelled for selling less than hoped, and it is not automatically shipped either.
Before a Batch closes, open the order in My Orders to cancel it, remove items or reduce quantities. After it closes, self-service cancellation is no longer available; the published PledgeBox cancellation rules apply.
If PledgeBox cancels a Batch, all products, shipping are refunded in full to the original payment method, with no item-by-item claim required. Timing depends on the payment provider, and Rally shows its real status: started, processing, succeeded or failed.
