14:T845,We collect and use the following categories of personal information for the stated purposes: • Email, account identifier, public profile and authentication records — from you and the PledgeBox account service — for account access, requested features and security. • Items, quantities, order/Batch references, delivery name and address, and necessary phone/customs details — from you, order activity and delivery partners — to accept and deliver orders and keep required records. • Personalisation instructions — from you, when ordering a customised item — to produce and deliver the item requested. • Payment reference, amount, status and masked payment-method details — from Stripe and transaction activity — for payment, refunds, reconciliation and fraud prevention. Stripe handles your payment credentials directly; never send complete card numbers or security codes by email, public post or Support Case. See Stripe's Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy) for its own processing. • Messages, fault descriptions, photos or video and parcel evidence — from you and authorised Case participants — for support, warranty and legal claims. • Public name, profile image, posts, replies and project relationship — from you and your community activity — to display contributions and moderate abuse. • Saved Projects and notice preferences — from you — for requested features and service notices. • IP address, device/browser information, request time and security events — from use of the service — for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. • Marketing-subscription and optional measurement choices — from you — for requested promotions and consented measurement only; see our Cookie Policy. We identify required fields; without information necessary for an account, order or delivery, we may be unable to provide that function. Optional marketing or measurement is not required to purchase. We do not request government identifiers, precise device location, biometric identification or health information for ordinary account use.15:T859,These rights are in addition to, and are not replaced by, our commercial policy or our additional defect-replacement service. European Union: where EU distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. Send a clear withdrawal statement to the support contact above; we acknowledge it promptly. Return the goods without undue delay, normally within 14 days of notifying us. We refund the amounts owed, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal. United Kingdom: where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you may cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after receiving your goods, then send them back within a further 14 days. We refund the price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option within 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Japan: our stated commercial policy is no voluntary change-of-mind returns after delivery, subject to mandatory law. Where the required return terms were not properly displayed for an internet order and the statutory default applies, withdrawal may be available within eight days after delivery. South Korea: where the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce applies, you may generally withdraw within seven days of receiving the required contract document, or from later receipt of the goods. Goods that differ from the advertised content have separate withdrawal rules. An exception for goods individually made to your order applies only when the conditions set by that law are met and were separately disclosed to you before purchase. An exception for genuinely personalised goods may apply in any region above; see “Batch-made and individually customised items” below. Standard Batch production, or a standard choice of colour, model or bundle, is not by itself such an exception. These regional rights do not limit your remedies for faulty, unsafe or non-conforming goods.12:["$","$L13",null,{"formats":"$undefined","locale":"en","messages":{"cookieConsent":{"title":"Cookies on Rally","description":"We use essential cookies for security, sign-in and checkout. These terms govern use of this website and purchases from Thunderbird Technology Limited through the PB-fulfilled Group Buys identified on the site. “Rally”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Thunderbird Technology Limited. “PledgeBox” in descriptions of Rally's selling and fulfillment service is a brand reference; the contracting seller for these purchases is Thunderbird Technology Limited.\n\nA Creator develops or supplies a product. For these Group Buys, your purchase is from us. We collect payment, arrange supply and delivery, and handle order support. You do not have to resolve a consumer claim directly with a Creator.\n\nYour order confirmation records the product, selected items, Batch, price, destination, shipping arrangements and applicable terms. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting wording anywhere on this website."},"accounts":{"title":"2. An account is required to use account features, such as saving Projects and adding orders to My Orders. Guest orders can be viewed through the order access link sent to the checkout email. Keep your contact and delivery information accurate and, if you use an account, protect your login credentials. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase; where required, a parent or guardian must make the purchase.\n\nDo not misuse the website, access another person's account, interfere with security, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use automated activity that disrupts the service. We may take proportionate action to investigate or restrict misuse. Account restrictions do not extinguish existing order, refund or statutory obligations."},"projectsBatches":{"title":"3. Projects, Batches and product information","body":"A Project describes a product. A Batch is a scheduled sales and fulfillment cycle for that Project. A finished product design does not mean stock for the current Batch is ready for immediate dispatch. Read the product's specifications, compatibility, included items, limitations, current production stage and shipping information before ordering.\n\nThe Group Buy price shown for your selected item applies from the first purchase in the Batch; it is not a promise of a further discount if more people join. Saving a Project is not an order or a payment. We do not represent purchases as investments, securities, donations or rights to profits.\n\nSales end at the displayed deadline, or earlier if all available items in the Batch sell out. Each accepted order remains associated with the Batch purchased; a later Batch does not replace or amend that order."},"ordersPayment":{"title":"4. Orders are charged in US dollars and processed through Stripe. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes.\n\nWe accept your order when our system verifies successful payment and records a valid order. A payment authorization, pending payment or checkout attempt alone is not acceptance. We send an order confirmation separately; delivery of that email is not a condition of acceptance.\n\nIf a payment is collected but we cannot accept the order, we will refund the amount collected. A payment completed after the Batch deadline will not join that Batch and will be refunded in full. We keep payment and refund records so that pending, failed and completed transactions can be distinguished."},"changesBeforeClose":{"title":"5. A refund still being processed does not reinstate the cancelled items; we remain responsible for completing it."},"afterClose":{"title":"6. After Batch Close, delays and changes","body":"After the Batch closes, ordinary self-service item changes and our voluntary pre-close cancellation facility end. This does not restrict any cancellation, withdrawal, refund or remedy available under applicable law, including the rights described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.\n\nWe may proceed with fulfillment or cancel the Batch. If we cancel it, we refund all amounts paid for its unfulfilled, cancelled orders, including product charges, shipping and prepaid taxes, less any amounts already refunded. You do not need to submit a separate claim for every item.\n\nWe distinguish estimated dispatch from estimated arrival and publish material schedule changes as an Update on the affected Batch rather than silently editing the original published estimate."},"shippingAddresses":{"title":"7. Shipping, addresses and import charges","body":"Available destinations, shipping costs and the current dispatch estimate appear before payment. We accept orders only for destinations for which we can provide the published delivery and prepaid-duty (DDP) arrangement. For accepted orders covered by that arrangement, the amount you pay is the product price plus the displayed shipping charge; import charges are not itemised separately and, absent a carrier error, should not be requested again on delivery. If a carrier requests such a payment, contact us so we can resolve it.\n\nCheck your shipping address carefully. We notify you before the address locks and, where the stated 48-hour address-confirmation window applies, remind you again with 24 hours remaining. Once locked, contact support; a correction depends on whether dispatch has already occurred.\n\nCreator-to-warehouse transport is not dispatch to you. Batch-made and individually customised items","body":"Rally offers both products made in batches to a Creator's design, and products made to a buyer's individual requirements. Batch production and standard choices of colour, model or bundle do not by themselves remove applicable statutory withdrawal rights — we do not describe an ordinary Group Buy item as “personalised” just because production follows orders.\n\nFor an item made to your individual specifications, or clearly personalised for you, a statutory withdrawal exception may apply. Where it does, the product selection and checkout identify the item, the customisation and the exception before you pay. You keep the original product — returning it is not a condition of this additional service. If a replacement cannot be supplied, we determine and provide the applicable refund or other legally required remedy.\n\nThe seven-day window is for starting a claim under this additional service; it is not a deadline for a statutory defect claim and does not shorten any mandatory remedy.
